Also, Staff <br /> is concerned that if, due to development of <br /> adjoining properties in the future, the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners determine that <br /> Running Green Road should be upgraded, all <br /> property owners with access would participate in <br /> the upgrading and maintenance. <br /> One of the lot owners of Theodore Parrish <br /> Subdivision informed the Board that restrictive <br /> covenants of the subdivision prevented further <br /> subdivision of the lots . <br /> The amendment to the motion expressed by Collins <br /> was accepted by the first and second to the <br /> original motion. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous . <br /> (2 ) Eagles Chase - Phase III <br /> Presentation by Eddie Kirk. <br /> This item is for consideration of the preliminary <br /> plan for Phase Three Eagles Chase subdivision. <br /> Kirk indicated this is the final phase of Eagles <br /> Chase Subdivision. <br /> The property is located in Hillsborough Township <br /> off Ode Turner Road ( SR 1130 ) . There are 7 lots <br /> proposed out of 21 . 71 acres . The average lot size <br /> will be 3 . 10 acres . Each lot will have frontage <br /> on Jacobs Trail. The road will be dedicated and <br /> constructed to NCDOT standards . There will be a <br /> 50 foot reserved right-of-way at the end of the <br /> cul-de-sac for future road extension. The <br /> property is zoned Residential-1, and the Land Use <br /> Plan designation is Rural Residential. All lots <br /> are proposed to be served by individual wells <br /> and septic tanks . The Rural Residential <br /> designation in the Land Use Plan indicates this <br /> area is suitable for low density residential <br /> development that would not require urban-type <br /> services . <br /> All agencies have reviewed the preliminary plan <br /> for Phase Three Eagles Chase. <br />
