Sinai Road (SR 1718) . The total acreage of the <br /> tract is 10 . 01 acres . Four (4) lots are proposed <br /> which average 2 . 08 acres in size. A Class B private <br /> road (Running Green Road) is proposed to serve the <br /> four lots . The property is zoned Rural Buffer (RB) <br /> and designated Rural Buffer in the Land Use Plan. <br /> All appropriate agencies have reviewed the preliminary <br /> plan. <br /> The Town of Chapel Hill indicated a need for a public <br /> pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle easement along <br /> the eastern boundary of lot 4A. The plat has been <br /> revised to reflect this easement. <br />
