Department of <br /> Administration -- Property Control & Construction Division <br /> and, is quoted at 8.4% of construction cost. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the contract with Lucy Carol Davis <br /> Associates, and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br /> Board. <br />
