0L1 9 <br /> therein to the extent of its full insurable value; the <br /> County shall do the same with respect to its property <br /> located in or on the demised premises. <br /> The Town and County hereby mutually release and dis- <br /> charge each other from all claims or liabilities <br /> arising or caused by fire or other casualty covered by <br /> the above insurance on the leased premises, or property <br /> in or on the leased premises. <br /> 12. Cancellation <br /> This lease agreement may be cancelled upon 60 days <br /> prior written notice by either the Town or the County. <br /> Upon termination of this lease, the Lessee will peace- <br /> ably surrender the leased premises in as good order and <br /> condition as when received, reasonable use and wear and <br /> damage by fire, water, riots, insurrection, public <br /> calamity, by the elements, by act of God, or by circum- <br /> stances over which Lessee had no control or for which <br /> Lessor is responsible pursuant to this lease, excepted. <br /> 13 .
