In <br /> accordance with Section IV-B-7-b of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations, the preliminary plan included the <br /> dedication of approximately 5. 03 acres along a branch <br /> of Bolin Creek. This portion of Bolin Creek had been <br /> approved as part of the system of parks and greenways <br /> included in the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> The Planning Board approved the final plat on April <br /> 18, 1988 . The applicant has submitted a deed for the <br /> area shown on the final plat. A deed will be recorded <br /> with the final plat for the subdivision. <br />
