WITNESSETH, that <br /> the Grantor/Dedicator, for a valuable consideration paid by the <br /> Grantee/Dedicatee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has <br /> and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the <br /> Grantee/Dedicatee for the public use forever, in fee simple, all that <br /> certain lot or parcel of land situated in the County of Orange, . <br /> Township of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and more• particularl ' <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an existing iron pin at the northeast corner of- the <br /> property shown on plat of Turtledove Subdivision (which is shown as <br /> being N. 18 degrees 02' 14" W. 1582.89 feet from a control corner at <br /> • <br /> • the common corner of Turtledove Subdivision, •Walter H.
