The public hearing was <br /> not held due to inadequate notification of property <br /> owners. <br /> Upon review of the County budget cycle and based on <br /> contacts with the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, <br /> June 1, 1988 appears to be a satisfactory date for <br /> rescheduling the public hearings. The hearings would be <br /> conducted at 7:30 p. m. A place for the hearings has not <br /> yet been determined. The Carrboro of Aldermen will <br /> consider setting June 1 as the hearing date at its May <br /> 3 meeting. The Chapel Hill Town Council will consider <br /> same at its May 9 meeting. <br /> Items scheduled for consideration and which would <br /> involve a decision by Orange County as well as the <br /> Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro include the <br /> following: <br />
