APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> by adding a new Article 6. 2. 3 which permits flag lots in <br /> new subdivisions if the proposed lots meet criteria set <br /> forth in the Subdivision Regulations. <br /> 3. Amend ARTICLE 22. DEFINITIONS by adding a definition of <br /> flag lot. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br /> The proposed amendments to the Orange County Subdivision <br /> Regulations are as follows= <br /> 1. Amend SECTION IV-B-5. LOT LAYOUT by adding criteria <br /> under which flag lots may be permitted in new <br /> subdivisions. <br /> 2. Amend SECTION II. DEFINITIONS by adding a definition of <br /> flag lot. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this <br /> hearing and be heard. Public comment will be received during <br /> the public hearing. Following the close of the public <br /> hearing, only evidence presented at the public hearing will <br /> be examined by the Planning Board and Board of Commissioners <br /> for decision. <br /> Changes may be made in the advertised proposals which <br /> reflect debate, objections and discussion at the hearing. <br />
