Mills to County Manager <br /> Secondary Road Addition Investigation Report <br /> TELEPHONE NUMBERS: <br /> Hillsborough - 732-8181 <br /> Durham - 688-7331 <br /> Mebane - 227-2031 <br /> Chapel Hill -- 968-4501 <br /> PURPOSE: Consideration of a petition from NCDOT for approval of <br /> the addition of Tallyho Trail, Huntsman Court, and <br /> Lair Court in Fox Meadow Subdivision, to the State- <br /> maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> BACKGROUND: The North Carolina Department of Transportation has <br /> submitted a petition for the addition of Tallyho <br /> Trail, Huntsman Court, and Lair Court to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for review. <br /> The Board' s decision will be forwarded to the N.C. <br /> Board of Transportation for their deliberation on <br /> acceptance of the roads to the State-maintained <br /> Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition <br /> of Tallyho Trail, Huntsman Court and Lair Court in the <br /> Fox Meadow Subdivision to the State-maintained <br /> secondary road. <br />
