There are periodic problems, however, with <br /> overcrowdedness and the State requests compliance with number <br /> of bunks available during these periods. <br /> A corrective action plan is to be submitted to the Department <br /> of Human Resources by May 12th by Sheriff Pendergrass. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br />
