First, the <br /> Committee is to assist in the selection of a consultant <br /> to prepare the Open Space Plan. Second, the Committee <br /> is to serve as a citizens advisory group and work with <br /> the consultant in preparing the Plan. <br /> To provide greater representation of interests <br /> throughout the county, seven (7) additional members ahe <br /> proposed. A larger committee will also assure adequate <br /> participation, since meeting schedule conflicts <br /> frequently arise, and all members are not able to <br /> attend. <br /> A membership list which identifies the original and <br /> proposed appointees is attached. <br /> RECATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> additional appointments to the Open Space Technical <br /> Advisory Committee. <br />
