Our objective during this task will be to <br /> determine why some projects have been successful <br /> while others have been unsuccessful. <br /> 3 . The results of our investigation will be summarized <br /> in a letter/report to the County. This report will <br /> include the results of our data collection and <br /> analysis as well as suggestions as to the possible <br /> policy options available to the County <br /> Commissioners. We would be prepared to formally <br /> present this report to the Commissioners and respond <br /> to any questions they might have. <br /> We propose to offer these services at our standard per <br /> diem rates in accordance with our statement of standard charges <br /> which is attached for your reference. We propose to establish a <br /> cost ceiling of $8000. 00 for the work, that will not be exceeded <br /> without the prior written consent of the County. If this <br /> proposal is acceptable to the County, please sign in the space <br /> provided below and return one copy of the Agreement to us.
