Now will the shelter comply with the federal restrictions on the use of ESGP <br /> funds by primarily religious organizations? <br /> The InterFaith Council who will be the subrecipient of the ESGP Grant <br /> is a private, incorporated non-profit organization, approved as a 501 <br /> (c) (3) non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service on <br /> December 14, 1970. <br /> 18. What is the street address of the building to be assisted? <br /> 100 W. Rosemary Street, Chapel Hill, N.C. <br /> 19. How will the shelter meet the federal requirement for publicizing the <br /> non-discriminatory operation of the shelter (See 24 CFR 575.59(a)(6))? <br /> All shelter activities are presently publicized through all local community <br /> and non-profit agencies, the InterFaith Council newsletter, and all <br /> local government departments. Additionally, the local news media as <br /> well as the Public Television Station at Chapel Hill (WUNC) have been <br /> willing to advertise and promote shelter activities for InterFaith <br /> Council. These methods will ensure that the entire community is aware <br /> of the availability of the Community Shelter services on a non-discriminatory <br /> basis. <br /> .
