Conducting the Joint Planning Area public <br /> hearing in conjunction with the regular Commissioners <br /> meeting will eliminate the need for an extra meeting. <br /> RECOr'MENDATION: The Administration recommends setting the Joint <br /> Planning Area public hearing for Tuesday, May 17, 1988 <br /> at 7 :30 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Chapel Hill Post <br /> Office on Franklin Street. <br /> Prior to the notification of affected property owners, <br /> the County Manager will present a status report to the <br /> Board of Commissioners on plans for such notification. <br />
