Lot 9 Lake Woods is located on the north <br /> side of Jones Ferry Road (SR 1942) . In accordance <br /> with Section IV-B-7-b of the Subdivision Regulations, <br /> the preliminary plan included the dedication of <br /> approximately 7, 023 sq. ft. on the south side of <br /> Neville Creek. This portion of Neville Creek had been <br /> approved as part of the system of parks and greenways <br /> included in the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> The Planning Board approved the final plat on March <br /> 21, 1988 . The applicant has submitted a deed for the <br /> area shown on the final plat. A deed has been <br /> approved by the County Attorney and will be recorded. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends acceptance of 7, 023 <br /> ft. dedicated to Orange County for recreation/open <br /> space. <br />
