Woodbrooke is located at the end of <br /> Meadow Lane (SR 1195) . In accordance with Section IV- <br /> B-7-b of the Subdivision Regulations, the preliminary <br /> plan included the dedication of approximately 8 .55 <br /> acres close to a branch of Morgan Creek. This portion <br /> of Morgan Creek had been approved as part of the <br /> system of parks and greenways included in the Joint <br /> Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> The Planning Board approved the final plat on October <br /> 19, 1987 . The applicant has submitted a deed for the <br /> area shown on the final plat. A deed has been <br /> approved by the County Attorney and will be recorded <br /> with the final plat for Woodbrooke. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends acceptance of the 8 .55 <br /> acres dedicated to Orange County for recreation/open <br /> space. <br /> IIMMOmmummr <br />
