Also discussed was the traffic flow problem at <br /> the intersection of Hwy. 70/Orange High Road. The Department <br /> of Transportation has studied the problem at NC 57/157 and <br /> will install a double alternating flasher and place rumble <br /> strips at the intersection. DOT will proceed with the study <br /> of the Orange High Road intersection before June. <br />
