As of <br /> present date, no reply has been received. <br /> Form application is same as adopted by Gaston County and <br /> Gastonia, N. C. for their use. I have been in contact with <br /> the following person: <br /> Charles Moore - Gaston County Attorney <br /> P. 0. Box 1578 <br /> Gastonia, N. C. 28052 <br /> Phone - (704 ) 866-3400 <br /> who stated that since Gaston County adopted this form for <br /> use, no problems have occurred, but application form has not <br /> been tested legally in court. <br /> Under Article 87, General Contractors Licensing - N. C. <br /> General Statutes, a person doing In excess of thirty thousand <br /> dollars ( $30, 000. 00) shall be licensed.
