The County Attorney reviewed the form and <br /> recommended that an "affidavit" format rather than an <br /> "application" form be used. He further recommended that <br /> the concept of requiring an affidavit is one which <br /> should be adopted by the Board of Commissioners as part <br /> of the Orange County code enforcement program. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the affidavit <br /> requirement for unlicensed contractors and the use of <br /> the form as part of Orange County's code enforcement <br /> program <br />
