To increase seat belt usage in northern Orange County <br /> Summary Statement: (200 words or less) _- <br /> The Seat Belt Program conducted in northern Orange County by the <br /> Orange County Health Department-County Employee Wellness Program, HEALTH <br /> YOURSELF, in collaboration with the Agricultural Extension Service, 4-H <br /> Youth. and Adult volunteers, will be targeted at the Orange County employees <br /> . and other community members who shop at the local supermarkets . Through <br /> education, observations, positive incentives (rewards for seat belt users) <br /> throughout the summer: of 1988, the program will increase seat belt _usage: <br /> in northern Orange County. The education/publicity campaign will consist <br /> of payroll_stuffers for county employees, advertisements at local/sponsoring <br /> merchants' , news releases in local paper and county employee newspaper, <br /> bag stuffers at the local supermarkets and posters at the county employee . <br /> worksite. <br /> (Please note that you will also be providing a more detailed narrative statement as outlined on page two (2) <br /> • <br /> • <br />
