r , <br /> 077, portions thereof from the Planning Board, shall <br /> adopt them by resolutions; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on February 22, 1988 <br /> for the purpose of designating the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan as the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan- and <br /> WHEREAS, following conclusion of the public hearing and the <br /> receipt of the Planning Board recommendation, the <br /> Board of Commissioners wishes to designate the Land <br /> Use Plan as the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners that : <br /> 1. -The Orange County Land Use Plan, . adapted on <br /> September a, 1588, is hereby re-adopted and <br /> designated as the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan for Oranoe County, N. C. <br /> E. All amendments to the Orange County, Land Use <br /> Flan made since its adoption on September ,_:, <br /> 1981, including all amendments to the Plan <br /> text and maps as well as area studies which <br /> focus on a particular portion of the County, <br /> are hereby re-adopted and designated as part <br /> of the Land Use Element of the Corprehensive <br /> Plan for Oranoe County, N.
