Notice of the public hearing shall be given <br /> by publishing said notice at least twice in a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the County , stating the time and place <br /> of such bearing and the substance of the proposed amendment . <br /> This notice shall appear in said newspaper for two successive <br /> weeks with the first notice appearing not less than ten ( 10) <br /> days nor more than twenty-five (25) days before the date set <br /> for the public hearing . in computing the notice . period , the <br /> day of publication is not to be included , but •the ' day of the <br /> hearing is to be included . <br /> • <br /> 20 .6 .2 The Zoning Officer in the case of amendments to the zoning <br /> - _ atlas shall - post on the applicant 's affected property a <br /> • notice of the public bearing at least ten days prior to the <br /> • date of said hearing . _ <br /> 20 .6 .3 <br /> - - Amended <br /> 11-19-85 In the case" of amendments to the Zoning Atlas , written notice <br /> shall be -sent - by . certified mail to the affected property <br /> - owner and - all adjacent property owners not . less than fifteen <br /> days before the hearing date .
