Interest in working on the problem of improving access to public <br /> benefit services to low income population. <br /> 2. Knowledge and experience in research and evaulation of human <br /> service programs. <br /> 3. Knowledge and experience in implementing a training program. <br /> 4. Ability to express ideas verbally and in written form. <br /> A college or course work in human service planning and delivery <br /> desirable but not required. <br /> 8.
