151 <br /> The Town Administrator has proposed that the Town and County <br /> enter into the attached standard water and sewer extension <br /> contract (attachment 1) normally used when developers requests <br /> extension of water and sewer. The County Attorney has <br /> reviewed the contract and suggests several revisions which <br /> makes the contract more applicable to County government <br /> (attachment 2) . If the Board approves the revised contract, <br /> County staff will meet with the Town Administrator and <br /> formally request the extension of public water and sewer to <br /> the Rencher Street Community at the April 11, 1988 meeting of <br /> the Hillsborough Town Board. Following approval by the Town, <br /> the contract will be executed by both parties. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the revised Water and Sewer Extension Contract <br /> (attachment 2) and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of <br /> the Board after approval by the Hillsborough Town Board. <br />
