• 10 <br /> 1 F <br /> (1 ) Section IV - Minimum Design Standards <br /> (References to "Land Use Plan" ) <br /> Staff presentation by Eddie Kirk. <br /> This item is to receive citizen comment on <br /> proposed amendments to Section IV (Required <br /> Minimum Design Standards) of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations . <br /> The Subdivision Regulations currently contain <br /> references which cite the Land Use Plan in one <br /> instance and the Comprehensive Plan in <br /> another. Amendments are being proposed to the <br /> Zoning Ordinance which re-define the nature <br /> and intent of the Comprehensive Plan. To <br /> provide consistent terminology throughout the <br /> Subdivision Regulations, and, to provide <br /> consistency between the Subdivision <br /> Regulations and the Zoning Ordinance, all <br /> references which cite the Land Use Plan and/or <br /> related documents are proposed to be changed <br /> to refer to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The following subsections of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations refer to the Land Use Plan, ma-or <br /> thoroughfare plan , Orange County thoroughfare <br /> planes the adopted Land Use Plan or the Oranoe <br /> County Land Use Plan . <br /> Section IV-B-1 <br /> IV-B-3-a <br /> IV-B-3-d C) <br /> IV-B-7-a-1 <br /> 7V-8--7-b-2 <br /> IV-B-7-b-3 <br /> IV-B-7-b-3 (a) <br /> IV-B-7-b-6 <br /> IV-B-9-a <br /> The proposed amendments to the Subdivision <br /> Regulations would change all of the above <br /> citations to the adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> proposed amendments. <br /> Marshall moved, seconded by Carey to refer <br /> this item to the Planning Board for <br /> recommendation to the Commissioners on April <br /> 4 . <br />
