" <br /> This item was presented at public hearing on February <br /> 22, 1988. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Subdivision Regulations currently contains <br /> references which cite the Land Use Plan in one instance <br /> and the Comprehensive Plan in another. Amendments are <br /> being proposed to the Zoning Ordinance which re-define <br /> the nature and intent of the Comprehensive Plan. To <br /> provide consistent terminology throughout the <br /> Subdivision Regulations, and, to provide consistency <br /> between the Subdivision Regulations and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, all references which cite the Land Use Plan <br /> and/or related documents are proposed to be changed to <br /> refer to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The following subsections of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations refer to the Land Use Plan, major <br /> thoroughfare plan, Orange County thoroughfare lan <br /> adopted Land Use Plan or the Orange County Land Use <br /> Plan. <br /> Section IV-B-1 IV-B-3-a <br /> IV-B-3-d C) <br />
