II <br /> To hire a part-time Field Coordinator who <br /> would assist the RSVP staff with existing <br /> stations and volunteers, with the creatio <br /> of new volunteer stations and the recruit- <br /> ment of volunteers. Emphasis would be <br /> on hard-to-reach rural areas for recruit- <br /> ment and placement in "Special Emphasis <br /> Areas. " <br /> OBJECTIVE: <br /> The Orange County Commissioners will be <br /> asked to fund such a position in June, <br /> 1988.
