Subsequent to that action , I <br /> have been involved with the Planning staff in reviewing <br /> the stormwater management plan prepared by Hazen and <br /> Sawyer and its recommendations . It is now clear to me <br /> that what will be required to correct the drainage <br /> problems in the Wildwood Subdivision exceeds that which <br /> was required in the approved sections of Wildwood and <br /> exceeds that which can be required under the County' s <br /> present ordinances . In that regard, see my letters to <br /> Marvin Collins and Lewis Cheek on this point , copies of <br /> which are enclosed. For that reason the action direct- <br /> ing that no additional building permits or certificates <br /> of occupancy be issued should be rescinded .
