(See <br /> attached tabulation. ) <br /> It is necessary to authorize the successful contractor to <br /> proceed with the flight work in Task one (1) and three (3) <br /> in order that the sites can be photographed during the <br /> first two weeks in March before the foliage sets on. <br /> In order to meet this deadline, we request that the Board <br /> approve the scope of work as stated in the attached <br /> proposal; authorize a letter of agreement to be drawn up <br /> with the lower bidder (Piedmont Aerial) and presented for <br /> formal approval at the March 15 meeting; and authorize <br /> Tasks one (1) and three (3) (aerial photography and field <br /> work) to be carried out immediately. <br /> Senate Bill Two monies are available to fund this project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> - Approve scope of work; <br /> Authorize formal letter of agreement to be drawn <br /> with Piedmont Aerial Survey and presented for Board <br /> Approval at March 15 meeting; <br /> Authorize Tasks one (1) and three (3) at cost of <br /> $1840, to commence immediately. <br />
