The allocation includes $75 ,000 .00 for paved <br /> secondary road improvements, $20,000 for unpaved secondary <br /> road improvements; $40,000 .00 for spot stabilization of <br /> unpaved roads; $456 ,000 .00 for paving unpaved roads or <br /> $117 ,990 .00 more than 1987-88; and $33,425 .00 for <br /> contingency . <br /> The allocation for paving unpaved roads includes three (3) <br /> rural roads (Bushy Cook Road, Turkey Farm Road, and <br /> Gailbraith Road) prioritized on the secondary roads priority <br /> paving list. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the 1988-89 <br /> Secondary Road Improvements Program as proposed by NCDOT. <br />
