Subsequently, the <br /> Planning Board considered the proposal at its February 15, <br /> 1988 meeting and voted unanimously as fellows: <br /> "That a statement be prepared to accept the capacity use <br /> designation with assurance from the State that they will work <br /> with the local governments and in a designated time frame to <br /> develop regional cooperation and a management plan that would <br /> eventually lift the capacity use designation. " <br /> Since the deadline for receipt of written comments concerning <br /> the capacity use designation is March 7, the Planning Board <br /> will have sufficient time in which to submit its position <br /> statement. A copy of the statement is attached and is provided <br /> for the Board of Commissioners information. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />
