I hope that separating the two components will help us in the <br /> negotiating process. <br /> In regard to the public opinion survey, I must tell you that there <br /> is much more cost involved in the various steps of the survey than the <br /> thousand dollars you have- allocated. We also must supervise and <br /> control the process in order for us to have any confidence in the <br /> survey results. We will be glad to elaborate on the process and our <br /> costs in our discussion at the Commission meeting. <br /> Thank you for your patience.
