RESOLUTION IN MEMORIAM <br /> WHEREAS, the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners <br /> has learned with deep regret of the death of Mr. Harvey D. Bennett, a <br /> former member of the Orange County Board of Commissioners; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey D. Bennett did give untiring public service <br /> to his County, State and Nation during his lifetime; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that his name be entered on the <br /> rolls of those who have gone from our midst in this Association year <br /> so that he may be remembered at the next Annual Conference thereof; <br /> and <br /> FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be <br /> forwarded to the family of Harvey D.
