Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Re: Topographic mapping for Orange County, NC reservoir site <br /> Dear Ms. Jones: <br /> We are pleased to submit this letter proposal for topographic mapping as <br /> outlined within our correspondence from James McCarthy of Hazen and Sawyer. <br /> The cost breakdown according to Mr. McCarthy's scope of work is as follows: <br /> Task 1 Perform all necessary aerial photography and field work <br /> for the preparation of 1" = 200-scale topographic maps <br /> with 5-foot contours of the entire reservoir study area. <br /> The study area is generally bounded by contour 620. Lake <br /> Orange Dam forms the northern boundary limit and U.S. 70 <br /> the southern limit. 740 <br /> Task 2 Prepare 1" = 200-scale topographic maps with 5-foot <br /> contours for the area described in Task 1. <br /> 11,380 <br /> Task 3 Perform all necessary aerial photography and field work <br /> for the preparation of 1" = 200-scale topographic maps <br /> with 2-foot contours of the potential construction area <br /> delineated on Enclosure A.
