One item of <br /> business that was discussed regarded the department's Capital <br /> Improvement Program (CIP) request. <br /> In light of recent citizen input regarding the recreational trails <br /> element of the proposed Master Recreation and Parks Plan, the Council <br /> proposed redirecting resources requested to develop this element of <br /> the Plan to later within the twenty (20) year planning period. <br /> Specifically, the Council recommended that resources for this element <br /> be reflected beginning FY 94/95. <br /> Attached please find a revised departmental CIP request to reflect <br /> this change.
