Park, I <br /> mentioned that there had been previous action by Orange <br /> County in the form of a policy statement on the Eno <br /> River. This policy statement was in response to a <br /> report from members of the Orange County Eno River Task <br /> Force. I' ve found the report. Gene Bell located the <br /> County 's policy statement in response to the report and <br /> the minutes of the Board of Commissioners meetings <br /> related to that policy statement . Copies of all of the <br /> relevant documents are enclosed. <br /> The 1976 policy statement of the County on <br /> the Eno River is not the last word on this point. <br /> Although not singularly focused on the Eno River , the <br /> 1 County ' s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and its planning <br /> y documents subsequent to the 1976 policy statement , <br /> together with the policy statement , form the County' s <br /> current policy on the Eno River.
