To provide access, an <br /> existing 45-foot easement approximately 1960 feet in length <br /> would be connected to a 50-foot easement leading to the <br /> subdivision . Two Class C private roads (Crais Lane and Home <br /> Road ) are proposed . A partial width right-of-way is needed <br /> for Home Road, since the adjoining tract is heir property <br /> and all heirs will not grant an additional five (5 ) feet of <br /> right-of-way . <br /> While there is an existing 50-foot easement extending <br /> southward from New Sharon Church Road via Buck Quarter <br /> Farms, the topography of the land is hilly with deep ravines <br /> and gullies. It would thus not be economically feasible to <br /> construct a road within that easement. <br /> At its February 15 , 1988 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the request. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Board . <br />
