Comprehensive Plan <br /> ( 1) Article 2 - Administration (Statement of <br /> Intent/Amendment Procedures) <br /> (2) Article 22 - Definitions (Definition of <br /> Comprehensive Plan) <br /> The staff presentation by Gene Bell. <br /> This agenda item is to receive citizen comment <br /> on proposed amendments to Articles 2 .2 . 12 - <br /> 2 .2 . 14 (Comprehensive Plan) and Article 22 <br /> (Definitions) of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Existing references in the Zoning Ordinance <br /> refer to the Comprehensive Plan for the County <br /> as the Land Use Plan. While the Land Use Plan <br /> has served well as the County's Comprehensive <br /> Plan, new issues are emerging which warrant <br /> special recognition and study. Among the <br /> subjects which have received or are <br /> contemplated for such treatment are recreation <br /> and parks, open space, housing, utility <br /> services and transportation. <br />
