Adoption of the <br /> attached draft resolution would implement the <br /> Zoning Ordinance amendments through re- <br /> adoption and designation of the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan as the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends adoption of the <br /> draft resolution.
