County <br /> Attorney Geof Gledhill responded that it <br /> is a matter of terminology and that it is <br /> not envisioned that resolutions would be <br /> adopted to change the Comprehensive Plan <br /> which have not been to public hearing. <br /> Gledhill continued that there is a statute <br /> which addresses ordinances or resolutions <br /> that affect ordinances regarding County <br /> government. <br /> Ted Latta questioned the number of days <br /> for advertising (fifteen and twenty-five) . <br /> Jacobs responded that this time frame was <br /> consistent with the other ordinances . <br /> Chair Marshall also noted the change was <br /> consistent with the change in enabling <br /> legislation.
