" This would eliminate <br /> the cost of acquiring the land by other means, and reduce the <br /> amount of taxes the property owners would have to pay for the <br /> privilege of having their land confiscated. Ms. Black says that <br /> no ones land will be taken against their will , if you do not want <br /> to sell then we will just go around. Recent history of <br /> government actions in Orange County does not instill a high level <br /> of confidence for those who have governed. The Master Plan <br /> speaks for itself„ <br /> The concerns of all the citizens of rural Orange County regarding <br /> the Greenway Plan are expressed in the NOTICE OF CONCERN <br /> presented to you, the Board of County Commissioners on this night <br /> of February 22, 1988..
