( For example, according to the data in the Greenway Plan <br /> Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) has already acquired <br /> 1500 to 2000 acres of land around Cane Creek Reservoir. ) The <br /> citizens further insist that you demonstrate to the people of <br /> Orange County that you are capable of planning and administrating <br /> their resources in an efficient and responsible manner. <br />
