A private Class C road ( Pine Forest Lane) is <br /> proposed to serve two proposed lots. The private road is <br /> located on an existing driveway leading to an existing house <br /> on lot 12. Lot 11 is to be two (2) acres in size, while lot <br /> 12 is to be eight (8) acres. The property is designated <br /> Agricultural Residential in the Orange County Land Use Plan <br /> and zoned the same on the Zoning Atlas. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed the preliminary plan. <br /> At its January 25, 1988 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the preliminary plan with the <br /> condition that lot 11 receive access from the private road. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the preliminary <br /> plan as recommended by the Planning Board. <br />
