Listed below is the response to your questions noted in <br /> the aforementioned letter. <br /> 1. The construction and drainage plans for all phases of <br /> the Wildwood Subdivision have been approved by this <br /> office. <br /> 2. Approved plans should be available upon request.. <br /> 3. If addition is recommended, this will signify that the <br /> streets, as constructed, meet. N. C. Department. of Trans- <br /> portation minimum standards for construction and drainage <br /> within the dedicated right-of-way. <br /> 4. When streets are accepted onto the State System of main- <br /> tained roads, the Department of Transportation accepts <br /> the responsibility for drainage problems within the <br /> dedicated rights-of-way. The Department accepts no liability <br /> for drainage problems off the right-of-way and will not <br /> attempt to correct any such problems. Water shall drain <br /> along the natural drainage path and no attempt shall be <br /> made to divert. water from this path. <br /> An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br />
