Mills, District <br /> Engineer, to confirm the position in writing. <br /> Mr. Mills responded on February 4, 1988, indicating that the <br /> streets in Wildwood Subdivision meet the NCDOT minimum <br /> design standards for construction and drainage. He further <br /> indicated that NCDOT would accept responsibility for <br /> drainage problems within dedicated rights-of-way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Based on the NCDOT response, the Administration recommends <br /> approval of the addition of Judah Benjamin Court, Wade <br /> Hampton Road, Braxton Bragg Court, Joseph Johnston Court, <br /> John Breckinridge Drive, Charlie Tew Court, George Anderson <br /> Drive, and Walter Clark Drive in Wildwood Subdivision, <br /> Sections One and Two, to the State-maintained Secondary Road <br /> System. <br /> The Board ' s decision will be forwarded to the N. C. Board of <br /> Transportation for their deliberation on acceptance of the <br /> roads to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br />
