We have not /input into ypur proposed letter dtd February 17, 1988 <br /> to Dr. William W. Davis, Director, State Division of Parks and <br /> Recreation, <br /> 3. Your Minutes for Public Hearing of Feb 16, 1982 contain a statement <br /> which we are unable to verify and believe to be erroneous. <br /> Book 00501/502/698. <br /> 1. After we had requested more than one day ' s time to prepare for <br /> Discussion and Input into a proposed RC&D Measure submitted by a <br /> Mr. Donald N. Cox, Chairman, Orange County Soil and Water <br /> Conservation Board , your Minutes state that : <br /> "Mr. Cox said the environmental impact assessment had been widely <br /> circulated for this site and at that time he had answered a ion <br /> list of questions submitted by r. Barbour <br /> 2. Our Re c tird a show a Joint letter from Mr. Cox and Mr. Tennant , SWCD <br /> and CSC, respectively , dtd Feb 10, 1981, stating that "there are <br /> no records of you or anyone in your family requesting assistance <br /> in applying Conservation Practices" in reply to my letter of Feb 5 , <br /> 1981 requesting information about my requests for 1, Farm Pond for <br /> Cattle; 2. Waterways; 3 , Terracing. No explanation is offered <br /> for the loss of my requests. <br /> 3.
