Subscription Fee = $200 . 00 <br /> To be paid one time only at the time service is to begin, and <br /> payable over two months . <br /> 2 . Access Fees : <br /> Minutes 0 thru 5 - $1 . 00 <br /> Minutes 6 thru 8 = $ . 50 (each minute) <br /> Minutes 9 and up = $1 . 00 (each minute) <br /> Note : Subscription Fee . <br /> A subscription fee is imposed to recover the cost of equipment <br /> and service to provide outside computer access : <br /> Modem(s) <br /> Telephone Lines <br /> Computer Ports <br /> As access membership grows , subscription fees will be used to add <br /> additional lines and ports to keep user service efficient and <br /> reliable . <br /> Option: The Board of Commissioners could make this a "start-up" offer, <br /> and set subscription at $300 . 00 for those applying after March <br /> 15, 1988 . <br /> Note : Access Fee ' s . <br /> Access fee ' s will also provide for efficient line service, and the <br /> annual cost of port access . Sufficient fee income will provide additional <br /> lines so that access is more reliable. Probably no more than 6 to 8 <br /> active users should be on one line . <br /> Scope of Service: Access is allowed to all paying subscription fee, and <br /> paying their monthly user bill timely. Service is offered 24 hours a <br /> day, 7 days a week. All users will be identified by personal accounts , <br /> and will be responsible for anyone using their accounts . Billing will <br /> occur in the first week of each calendar month, with payment due by the <br /> 15th of each month, or closest working day. <br />
