10-13-87 PB Minutes C
154 5
a. Open Space Plan
Draft Requests for Proposals (RFP)
Deferred to the regularly scheduled meeting October
19, 1987 .
b. Memo of Understanding
Eno River State Park
Presentation by Gene Bell.
At the September 21 Planning Board meeting, staff
asked the Board for comments on a proposed Memorandum
of Understanding between the County and NCDP&R.
Discussions with NCDP&R personnel relative to the
Durham/Hillsborough water line and potential develop-
ment impacts on Eno River State Park highlighted the
need for greater coordination of State and local
planning efforts.
