Quailview <br /> is located on the southwest side of Bowden Road ( SR 1946 ) . <br /> In accordance with Section IV-B-7-b of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations, the preliminary plan included the dedication of <br /> approximately 0.76 acre on the south side of Neville Creek. <br /> This portion of Neville Creek had been approved as part of <br /> the system of parks and greenways included in the Joint <br /> Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> The Planning Board approved the final plat for Quailview on <br /> December 21 , 1987 . The applicant has submitted a deed for <br /> the area shown on the final plat. A deed has been approved <br /> by the County Attorney and will be recorded with the final <br /> plat for Quailview. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends acceptance of 0.76 acre <br /> dedicated to Orange County for recreation/open space. <br />
