Under <br /> Carrboro ' s ordinance, the following items would be required on <br /> plans: <br /> 1 . proposed tree clearing limits as well as location of trees <br /> larger than 18" diameter <br /> 2 . all proposed utilities ( including septic field locations) <br /> and stormwater facilities with corresponding drainage <br /> calculations <br /> 3 . Proposed grading lines <br /> 4 . erosion control measures <br /> 5 . proposed footprints of houses <br /> 6. sidewalks <br /> It is recommended that open space be utilized to protect slope <br /> areas greater than 15%. <br /> Rather than make two stream crossings, the pedestrian path and <br /> roadway should be combined in one crossing <br /> If plans with improved details are submitted prior to the ublic <br /> __ <br /> hearing, we would appreciate the o portuit to p <br /> drawings.
